About Me

I am a cinematographer and documentary filmmaker with over a decade of experience in the non-fiction space, having worked with Bloomberg Originals, Business Insider, The New York Times, Vox & Vice. With a background in producing and directing, I bring a story-first approach to cinematography, balancing an observational eye with a considered approach to light, composition, and visual language. I’ve shot documentaries on subjects ranging from climate change to crime and culture.

My Academy Award-qualifying short documentary No Space to Pray (2025) won the Jury Prize for Best Cinematography at IDSFFK, was runner-up for Best Feature Documentary at SAFFM, and was an official selection at DIFF and Film Southasia.
